A joint venture (JV) with Jain Heights, Revanta offers a mix of efficiently designed 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Located in close vicinity of the Fund's first investment "Lumos" in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, the project was delayed slightly due to unexpected changes in government norms. However, recent notifications from the government bodies have cleared all ambiguities and the project is expected to be launched shortly.
Vastly experienced in infrastructure and township development projects, Jain Heights has executed more than 1.37 mn sq.ft. of residential and commercial development projects in Bengaluru and has another 1.5 mn sq.ft of development projects under the pipeline. Other financial partners of Jain Heights include Milestone Capital, Reliance and Indiareit (Piramal Group).
