In FY15, the fund could secure the first exit from its first investment - "Lumos", a mid- segment residential development in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, with a whopping pre-tax IRR of 48% and a pre-tax multiple of 2.38x in a short span of 2.5 years. The project is in the final stages of construction with possession being handed over for one of its wings.
